Finding truth and understanding oneness in all life are two key themes over the next two weeks. This may involve releasing the need to be critical or judgemental of others as well as going beyond examination of minutiae to see the bigger picture. This relates to interactions between Neptune in Aries, Pluto in Aquarius, Uranus in Gemini and the nodes of the Moon across the Virgo-Pisces axis.

The three planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are sometimes called the ‘generational’ planets because they apply to whole age groups or generations. They can be involved with changes that affect the collective and society. These planets can be linked with government, not just which party is in power in any one nation but also the concept of what government encompasses.

With these planets in air or fire signs, there may be new forms of leadership and greater understanding of different opinions together with consideration of what is right for the whole.

From 1st June for a few days, much energy might be carefully directed to considering different options. While it might be tempting to push ahead with what has been planned, careful consideration of something new or a new way of thinking about the original plan may unfold. It is an opportunity to look at things in a new light. This relates to the Sun in Gemini interacting with Mars in Taurus and Saturn in Aries.

Chiron, sometimes called the ‘wounded healer’, signifies issues that the soul is ready to address. Chiron has been in Aries since 2018 offering many opportunities to look at matters relating to identity, self-worth and self-expression. Thought may be given to these topics while Chiron is interacting with Mercury during the first few days of June.

Jupiter is close to Venus in Cancer so emotional bonds to other people may become more meaningful. With Mercury also being in Cancer there may open discussions with loved ones, the family or anything that is cared for and nurtured.

At a deeper level, people may be more aware of their intuition, that wise counsel within. Listening to the intuition when there is doubt about the best course of action can introduce options beyond the many different thoughts of the everyday mind. During much of June, more thought may be given towards promotion of peace, both personal inner peace and peace within the worldwide family of humanity.

Venus moves from Cancer into Leo on 13th June. There may be a greater desire to show and be shown love. Some may find it easier to be warm-hearted, generous or pursue creative interests. These are all outer expressions of the deep love of spirit that manifests through all life. The warmth and love of the Sun, the ruler of Leo, can shine on even the simplest of human activities.

At this time, Venus interacts with the outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Relationships may offer the occasion to express individuality in a warm and loving manner. The imagination may find outlet in novel and original artistic pursuits. There is an opportunity to integrate the love of self with love for the collective. Each of these factors could bring about changes at personal and inter-personal levels.

The cycle of the Moon from one new Moon to the next one, or from one full Moon to the next one is over 29 days. As the last full Moon was on the day before this update began and the next new Moon is on the first day of the next update, there is neither new nor full Moon during the two weeks covered by this update.

Much emphasis is put on the new and full Moon but it is worth remembering that the Moon is constantly changing. It interacts with all of the planets several times throughout each month. These interactions are often only for a few hours but highlight transient facets of life. This reflects the ever-changing situations in life. Nothing stays the same. Challenging times pass but so too can the happy times.

Although the Moon is constantly changing, it comes back to the same part of the sky on a regular basis. In this way, it can also be thought of as tenacious. Looking beneath fleeting reactions and emotions of the personality, is the constant love of a much higher order of life. No matter what is happening in our lives, this love is always present deep in each one of us.

Keep well, stay happy.
